Materials & Options
Custom bookmarks are produced in five material families:

Metal remains the core line, finished through chemical etching for precise line work. The other four materials suit different budgets and audiences, and many buyers combine them — metal for museum shops, for example, with PVC or paper for large event giveaways. Manufacturing Processes
Metal bookmarks start as copper or aluminum alloy sheet. Your artwork is transferred to the metal, then corrosion etching — chemical etching — cuts the design into the surface to the depth the line work requires. Etched sheets are punched to shape and polished; hollow cut-out designs are opened through the metal, leaving empty shapes inside a solid frame. Aluminum alloy working and copper working are both handled in our own factory, so detail and finish are controlled under one roof.
Soft adhesive bookmarks are produced by molding: the material is shaped in a mold and cured into a flexible finished piece.
Across all five materials, every order is tooled in-house, sampled for approval, and inspected before packing. Paper and embroidery bookmarks follow their own production routes and are finished to the approved sample.
