Materials & Options
Two soft materials cover the line:
- Soft PVC (rubber) — a moldable plastic that sets layer by layer, holding crisp color separation. It is the standard material for detailed fridge magnets, figurines, keychain charms, and patches.
- Silicone — softer and more elastic than soft PVC, suited to items that are worn, squeezed, or handled constantly, including wristbands.
Both materials accept a full color range, and surface printing adds fine detail where molding alone cannot carry small text. Because every piece is molded rather than cut from sheet, shapes can follow the outline of your design — a mascot, a building, a logo badge — without the constraints of flat stamping. Manufacturing Processes
Production is built on three processes: molding, coloring, and printing.
Molding starts with your artwork. Our team sculpts a master and cuts the production mold in-house; liquid soft PVC is applied layer by layer, with each color set before the next is added. This layered coloring is what gives soft PVC pieces their clean color boundaries and dimensional relief. Silicone items are molded in the same way, with color mixed into the material. Debossed and embossed wristbands are formed directly in the mold, pressing the design below the surface or raising it above.
Printing applies artwork directly to the finished surface — the method used for printed wristbands and for fine text that molding alone cannot carry. After molding, pieces are cured, trimmed, and inspected. Samples are approved before production, and finished goods are checked again at packing.

Soft PVC or silicone — which should we order?
