Material choice usually follows the artwork: photographic logos lean toward printing on acrylic, sculpted emblems toward zinc alloy, and playful mascots toward PVC or silicone. Manufacturing Processes
Four finishing processes are available across the range, and all are applied in our own factory rather than subcontracted.
Cloisonné. Mineral ore enamel is set into struck metal keychains and finished level with the design lines, producing a hard, smooth, durable color surface.
Coloring. Enamel color fills the recesses of stamped or cast metal, keeping logos bold and dimensional. Solid areas suit this route, while gradients are better left to printing.
Printing. Ink is applied directly onto metal, acrylic, or PVC surfaces for fine text, gradients, and photographic detail that relief work cannot carry.
Spray painting. Paint is sprayed over metal surfaces to build color effects and background finishes around the raised design.
All four processes run in-house, so mixed-material programs can be quoted and produced in one order.
